Welcome Week
Welcome to our Heriot-Watt Sports Union. Throughout the week, we will host club tasters & wellbeing activities for you to get involved with for free! Try new sports & engage with our amazing community across the week.
Come and join the Heriot-Watt Boat Club!
Learn the basics of the rowing stroke on rowing machines (ergometers/ergs) instructed by our coaches. A great opportunity to meet current committee & members to ask any questions you may have, and meet others interested in taking up the sport.
Please meet us at Oriam reception and someone will meet you there. Alternatively, if you know where the erg room is (follow signs for cycle studio), you’re welcome to go straight there.
What do I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable sportswear, and we recommend bringing some water – no equipment required.
