Committement: Mondays & Fridays, 12:00-13:00 over 8-weeks
Join our Learn to Run sessions led by a qualified and supportive instructors. Over 8 weeks you'll develop your fitness and confidence to run. Usont eh NHS Couch to 5k app you will slowly increase teh amont of time you are running and ny the end of the 8 weeks you will be aiming towards running a 5k.
The sessions will start at Oriam reception and you will use the trim trail and paths around campus.
Please ensure you are weairng supportive trainers and warm clothing as you will be running outside.
