Following the successful re-launch of the Mechanical Engineering Society in February 2024 with a bowling event we thought it would be rude not to make it a tradition. 

So please join us free of charge for the 2nd (now annual) Mechanical Engineering bowling night which has been funded very kindly by the department and test out your bowling skills vs your friends and maybe even favourite lecturers. 

Info for the night:

• We will likely meet at a nearby pub (location tbc) at 5:00pm for a drink beforehand (although drinking isn't compulsory) 
• Then we will move to Tenpin Fountain park for 6:30pm for the bowling part of the evening. 
• There is plenty of other activities to enjoy after bowling however these are not covered by the department including: 
• Pool
• Arcade games (need cash to play)
• Ping pong
• More bowling for those who got the taste
• After all this we will let you do your own thing however there is likely another trip to a pub on the cards for those who fancy it.
