Build your career confidence and practice your graduate recruitment & assessment skills by joining us for the Association for Black & Ethnic Minority Engineers UK Transition Event, in collaboration with one of their corporate partners, Balfour Beatty
Who is Invited?: This event is open to Heriot-Watt BAME penultimate and final year engineering students and graduates. If you do not meet the criteria your place will be cancelled and it will be offered to an eligible student.
What to Expect? The Transition Programme offers dynamic workshops designed to empower students and graduates as they seek to embark on their professional journeys. Together, we're bridging the gap between BAME students and the engineering industry, offering invaluable support to address under-representation in the sector.

Connect with industry leaders and a panel of recent and more experienced graduates including a recent Heriot-Watt Graduate who are ready to share insights, knowledge, and guidance to help you thrive in the professional world. You will receive recruitment process tips, mock interview and mock group exercise with constructive feedback, find out about mentorship opportunities, and networking with industry professionals, all designed to help empower you in your career journey.
