Zeros, Student Union, Edinburgh
Free
A political film night taking place in Zeros at the Student Union of Palestine 36 on Friday, 20th February, from 5 pm until late, hosted by the Palestine Society in collaboration with the Film Society. This screening uses cinema as a tool for political education, highlighting Palestinian narratives, identity, resistance, and lived experience that are often marginalised in mainstream media.
The evening aims to create a space for learning, critical engagement, and solidarity, encouraging attendees to reflect on the political themes explored in the film and their wider global context. There will be opportunities for informal discussion in a respectful, student-led environment, welcoming those who wish to listen, learn, and engage thoughtfully.
This event is open to all students, whether you are familiar with the history of Palestinian genocide or looking to deepen your understanding through film.
