Join us for an engaging and insightful session exploring how to manage pressure and maintain wellbeing as a student.
We’ll be joined by Gavin, a PhD researcher, who will share practical, evidence-based strategies for performing under pressure and coping with stress in academic and everyday settings.
The event will also feature a panel discussion with students and staff, offering different perspectives on wellbeing, resilience, and accessing support. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and take part in an open discussion.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious about psychological approaches to stress, or simply want to learn new coping techniques, this session is a great chance to gain useful tools and connect with others.
