We’re inviting our pals at Edinburgh Puppy Yoga to Zeros, Student Union in to host a few sessions for you at a discounted rate!

Their classes consist of 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of puppy playtime.

Each class you will be joined by a litter of puppies who are free to wander around during the yoga session and even get involved with your poses! 

The classes will include yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques...and of course puppy cuddles!
