S.H.A.G. Week - Sex, Identity & Social Justice (A Zine making Workshop)…

This SHAG Week workshop invites you to explore the connections between sexuality, liberation, and social justice through creative expression. Using zine-making as a tool, participants will research, reflect, and respond to ideas around sexual freedom, identity, power, and inclusion.

Zines have long been used within activist, queer, and feminist movements as a way to share stories, challenge dominant narratives, and imagine more just futures. In this session, you’ll be guided through the process of creating your own zine, whether that’s visual, written, collaged, political, personal, or something in between.

What to expect:

• A welcoming, inclusive space for discussion and creativity
• Zine-making materials and prompts provided
• Time for research, reflection, and creative response
• A focus on sexual liberation, inclusivity, and social justice
