We’re heading off-campus to explore sustainability in action, led by an industry expert working at the heart of sustainable distilling. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at eco-conscious practices, learn about the future of green production, and (of course) soak in the vibes of a working distillery.
We’ll be getting the bus there together (leaving Heriot Watt at 14.30), and heading to the pub after for a drink!
