Wellbeing Cabin,
Free
We will be running three 45-minute Soul Care sessions, with a maximum of 8 people per session.
Each session will include ceremonial cacao (or hot tea of choice), guided meditation, mindful breathing, somatic movement, and art journaling. We’re pleased to have Emma Kelly running these beautiful sessions, a certified wellness practitioner and psychologist, and a fellow member of the Heriot-Watt community!
Tickets are free and you can select your preferred time slot below.
Please be sure to arrive at the Wellbeing Cabin at the Riccarton campus on time. If you are unsure how to find the cabin, ask at the Student Union reception desk.
We suggest wearing comfortable clothes that allow for free movement. You will be asked to remove your shoes as well.
We hope that students will find this a helpful opportunity to pause, breathe, reflect, and set an intention for the year ahead.
