Student Sauna Session (60mins)…

All the important information:

When: Sunday 21st December

What: 4pm arrival. Session starts at 4:30pm, finishes at 5:30pm, and you get a complimentary tea on the way out!

Where: The Pitt Market Soul Sauna 20 W Shore Rd, Edinburgh EH5 1QD  

Meet at the Venue: Soul Sauna Granton, The Pitt Market, The Pitt Market, 20 W Shore Rd, Edinburgh EH5 1QD (accessible by bus, car and taxi)

WHAT TO BRING:

• 2x Towels (one to dry yourself with and one to bring with you in the sauna)
• Swimsuit (any kind of swim suit - burkini, bikini, swim shorts, but you'll be very hot if you bring a wet suit so maybe don't do that)
• Hair bobble (if you have long hair)
• Warm clothes to put on afterwards
• Sauna hats not needed (The venue provides sauna hats for you, they cover your heads from the heat)
• Snacks (you lose a lot of salts when in the sauna, so bring some nuts or a sanwhich with you to refuel afterwaters)
• Waterbottle (To stay hydrated!!! VERY IMPORTANT)

Capacity is 8ppl for this session and we’ve helped discount the sauna rates for you so instead of £15 per person its only £5 for a 60min session. Remember to buy your tickets off of Native before going down.
