This mixed-method project examined predictors of Organisational Citizenship Behaviours for the Environment (OCBEs) among HEI staff in the UK and UAE. Environmental commitment and perceived behavioural control emerged as key drivers, with leadership having an indirect influence. Findings highlight cultural differences and structural barriers, emphasising the importance of multi-level strategies.
