Come and join the Heriot-Watt Table Taekwondo Club!

Our taster sessions will be run by master Lindsay VII who has years of experience in the art. You will start out by being introduced to correct technique and how to generate power (using proper breathing to maximize this). Afterwards, the instructor will show you stances and various kicks to build your foundation in the sport. Don't worry if this sounds overwhelming, if you feel nervous in class, our community is very approachable!
